Crush Party X Zim Hip Hop Culture Fest Takes the Crush Party Experience to Two Cities
Two cities. Two unforgettable experiences. One celebration of Zimbabwean youth, music and culture. The Crush Party experience continued its journey across Zimbabwe this August, bringing live entertainment, emerging talent and the energy of youth culture to Chinhoyi and Bindura.

The Crush Party Varsity Tour is an entertainment platform designed to connect with young audiences through music, live performances and unforgettable experiences. Powered by Pacific Crush Ice, the initiative continues to create opportunities for emerging artists to showcase their talent while bringing entertainment closer to communities across the country.
The August journey kicked off in Chinhoyi on Saturday, 8 August 2026, with Crush Party taking over Jongwe Corner Chinhoyi — a popular outdoor entertainment, braai and live music destination that provided the perfect setting for an energetic night of live performances. The event was a continuation of the Crush Party philosophy: creating spaces where young people can experience live entertainment while giving emerging and established artists a platform to connect with audiences.

From Chinhoyi to Bindura
The Crush Party experience then moved to Bindura on Saturday, 22 August 2026, for an even bigger celebration — Crush Party Varsity Tour X Zim Hip Hop Culture Fest. The Bindura edition brought together Pacific Crush Ice, Jongwe Corner, Halo Tickets and BUSE CELBS, with media support from Up Flow Creative, to create a platform celebrating Zimbabwean hip-hop culture and the country's next generation of musical talent.
Held at Bindura Country Club Rugby Stadium, the festival brought together different sounds and personalities from Zimbabwe's hip-hop scene, creating an environment where established names could share the stage with upcoming artists.

Creating a Platform for the Next Generation
At the heart of the Crush Party Varsity Tour is a simple idea: give young and emerging artists a platform. Zimbabwe has a growing pool of talented musicians, creatives and performers looking for opportunities to showcase their abilities and connect with audiences. Through collaborations with entertainment venues, university communities, event organisers and creative partners, the tour aims to create more spaces where that talent can be seen and heard.
The August events in Chinhoyi and Bindura demonstrated how the concept can travel beyond a single location — bringing together music, entertainment and youth culture in different cities.
A Growing Collaboration
The partnership with Jongwe Corner has added another dimension to the Crush Party experience, connecting the campaign with established entertainment spaces in Zimbabwe. With Jongwe Corner's presence in both Harare and Chinhoyi, the collaboration creates opportunities to take the experience to different audiences and locations.
The Bindura edition further expanded the partnership through the involvement of Halo Tickets and BUSE CELBS, while Up Flow Creative provided media support. Together, these collaborations helped bring the August edition to life and demonstrated the power of partnerships in creating platforms for Zimbabwe's entertainment industry.
